This Privacy Policy applies to the Kobza mobile application, referred to in this Policy as the “Application”. The Application was created by FLUTE ENTERTAINMENT LTD, referred to in this Policy as the “Service Provider”, and is provided as a free service. The Application is intended for use “AS IS”.

The Application does not collect, request, store, or process personal information when you download or use it. Registration is not required to use the Application, and users are not asked to create an account.
The Application may allow users to play word puzzle rounds, view rules, track local statistics, and share a result image through the device’s standard sharing tools. Any gameplay progress, statistics, or results created inside the Application remain locally on the user’s device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider.
Location Information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information or approximate location information from your mobile device.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not retain any user data because the Application does not collect or store personal information on external servers.
Any local game statistics or gameplay information created inside the Application remain on the user’s device. The Service Provider has no access to this information and does not maintain a copy of it.
Data Deletion
Since the Service Provider does not collect or store user data, there is no server-side personal data for the Service Provider to delete.
Users can delete locally stored Application data by clearing the Application data in their device settings or by uninstalling the Application from their device. Removing the Application may delete locally stored gameplay information depending on the device and operating system settings.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all use of the Application at any time by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.
Children
The Application is not intended to knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor children’s device and internet usage and to instruct children not to provide personally identifiable information through any application or service without permission.
